Bulgaria cancelled visa-free entrance to Russians with diplomatic passports

Government of the Republic of Bulgaria enters a visa regime for entry into the country of Russians with diplomatic and service passports, reports the Bulgarian National Television (BNT). On Wednesday the council of ministers Bulgaria made the decision on partial stay of action of one of provisions of the agreement between two countries on mutual trips of citizens.
