The law on SOUT should be corrected

Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation recognized item 17 p.1 as Art. 30 of Federal Law "About Insurance Pensions", Art. 12 and the Art. 13 No. 426-FZ "About a special assessment of working conditions" contradicting the Country constitution.
