For inadequate consideration of addresses of citizens the head of one of the Village Councils of Totskoe district is brought to administrative responsibility

Prosecutor's office Totskoe district Orenburg region carried out an inspection of the federal legislation on an order of consideration of addresses of citizens Russian Federation. It is established that answers to a number of addresses are given to applicants with term violation more than for 10 days, and on the questions which are not within the competence of administration of village council, not sent to appropriate authorities for consideration.
