The acting as the mayor Yaroslavl Ilya Motovilov wrote the application for resignation since October 11. He reported newspaper "Kommersant". Mister Ilya Motovilov fulfilled duties of the town governor since May 16 when the mayor Vladimir Mikhaylovich Volkov retired . In Mayor's office of Yaroslavl the native from Perm Ilya Motovilov worked since July, 2019 at a post of the vice-mayor concerning social and economic developments.
