Swedish Bonava sold the Russian business to G-Group from Kazan

Swedish Bonava signed the agreement on sale of business to Russian Federation to group of companies G-Group from Kazan. The transaction has to come to the end in the next half a year. Bonava press service reported about it. As the press service of companies reported, Bonava signed the agreement with G-Group about sale the businesses. The amount of transaction will make €98 million. It is expected that it will close within half a year. The press service noted that because of leaving from the Russian market of loss of Bonava will make to €27 million.
