The prices of real estate to Ireland broke a historical record of 2007

In annual calculation (in comparison with July, 2021) apartments and houses in the country rose in price for 13,0%. In comparison with June rates of annual growth decreased by 1,1 percentage points (in the first month of summer this indicator made 14,1%).
