Local governments of the Vyrumaasky district of Estonia (the country South) are concerned by more and more growing difference between the income of inhabitants of the region and growing energy costs, heating and food products. About it it is spoken in the letter sent to the government on behalf of the district management of County of Vorumaa and self-managements signed as heads.
