The prosecutor Zabaykalsky Territory Maxime Yershov approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the former head of the city settlement "Borzinskoye" holding now a position of the head of the municipal area "Borzinsky area" Sergei Aleksandrovich Rusinov. He is accused of the commission of crime, provided by items, "of" h. 5 Art. 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the receiving a bribe made by chapter of local government in a large size with extortionate bribe).
