Prosecutor's office in a judicial order forced the authorities to make sewage treatment

Kamchatka territory Interdistrict prosecutor's office of nature conservation continues work on elimination of violations at the water disposal organization in the region. By supervising actions it is established that in the regional center sewage of housing and public and municipal estate around "SRV" and Mishennaya St. is taken away in the Avacha bay without the corresponding cleaning. Since 2016 in case of non-execution by the water disposal organizations the obligations or their refusal such powers are delegated to edge public authorities.
