Shakhbazov will make a speech at II Azerbaijani-Turkish energy forum in Istanbul

The Minister of Energy Azerbaijan Pyarviz Shakhbazov will take part in work of II Azerbaijani-Turkish energy forum in Istanbul. "The forum began today the work.
