It is a question about PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "TGK-2". Penalty in the sum 324, 5 million rubles company paid for that illegally supported the price at auctions on delivery coal. It happened this two years ago when "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "TGK-2"" together with colleagues from Arkhangelsk Region and Novgorod Region, concluded a cartel agreement which aimed not only to support the price at auctions on delivery coal, but also to create primary conditions for one of participants of auctions.
