Japan will send the Russian diplomat after a failure of the consul

Japan will send one employee of consulate general Russian Federation to Sapporo in response to expulsion of the consul Motoki Tatsunori from Vladivostok. Such decision was made by Government of Japan, transfers agency to Kiodo. It is specified that the Russian diplomat has to leave the territory Japan till October 10.
