Supreme court of Ukraine could not dismiss judge with the Russian nationality

Supreme court of Ukraine could not discharge of a position of the chairman Kassatsionny of economic vessels Bogdan Lvov at which found the Russian nationality. Existence at Bogdan Lvov the Russian passport was confirmed earlier by Security Service of Ukraine. After that meeting of judges Cassation economic vessels concerning early dismissals Bogdan Lvov took place. "Results of vote: 21 voices – for dismissal; 18 – against", - noted in the telegram-channel of the Supreme vessels.
