The inhabitant Bashmakovo district will appear before court for murder of the colleague

Prosecutor's office of the Bashmakovo district of the Penza region approved the indictment concerning 49-year-old local earlier judged for thefts. He is accused of the commission of crime, provided by part 1 of Art. 105 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (murder). According to the investigators, in the evening 03.08.2022 in the regional center in the power-saw bench territory bashmakovets working and living on it during drinking of alcoholic drinks quarreled with the 41-year-old companion and struck it blow with a knife in breast area.
