Scientists Tokyo university allowed probability of existence of planets similar to Earth

The group of experts Tokyo university put forward the theory according to which round red dwarfs there are the planets similar to Earth. The Central news service reports about it. It is considered that moderate insolation and enough of sea water are necessary for planets for maintenance of a temperate climate. However the scientific community considers such planets as the extremely rare.
