The euro exchange rate at the exchange fell to 51,2 rubles, below peak values of March, 2014 when Republic of Crimea was a part Russian Federation, transfers information agency "ITAR-TASS". On 13.02 Moscow time euro fell to 51 rubles, losing 8,18%, by 13.10 — slowed down falling to 52,32 rubles. The dollar decreased to 53,31 rubles. Earlier decrease in an euro exchange rate to 51,95 rubles was recorded. In the same day for the first time since July 1 the dollar fell lower than 54 rubles.
