To Kazan court in claim prosecutor's offices obliged the owner land plots to eliminate violations of the housing legislation

Prosecutor's office Moscow region district of City Kazan Republic of Tatarstan carried out an inspection according to the address of mother of the disabled child of 2013 year of birth. According to the declarant, the owner of buildings, without having received a consent of owners of rooms of an apartment house No. 21 on G. Barudi Street, organized transfer of a power electric cable on the house adjoining territory. As a result the cable appeared near a ramp at an entrance to an entrance. During check arguments of the declarant were confirmed – actions of the businessman on transfer of a cable are recognized as the illegal.
