President of Montenegro, the leader of Democratic party of socialists Milo Dzhukanovich considers that there came time for carrying out repeated elections to Montenegro and formations on their results of "the responsible and competent government". Milo Dzhukanovich declared it on September 25 in Pljevlja, acting on meetings of the Youth board of Democratic party of socialists Montenegro.
