Protection by the diploma

Participants of the markets of IT, telecommunications and media are strongly concerned that for receiving a delay from mobilization which announced Mintsifra and the Ministry of Defence, employees need profile highest education. In IT it is only at a third of experts, in mass media — sometimes at less than a half. Slightly better affairs are in telecom, there under criteria about 65% of employees approach.
