In Bucharest conference of International union of telecommunication] open

Authoized conference of International union of telecommunication (MSE) opens on September 26 in the capital Romania. Action will last till October 14. On it will pass elections of the secretary general, and for a position apply the Russian candidate Rachid Ismailov (the president Public joint-stock company "Vympel-Kommunikatsii") and American — Doreen Bogdan-Martin (the head of Bureau of development MSE telecommunication).
