Vladimir Alekseevich Chizhov reacted to Borel's words about creation of tribunal for a situation in Ukraine

The permanent representative Russian Federation at EU Vladimir Alekseevich Chizhov, finishing the mission in Brussels, commented on words of head of diplomacy EU about need of creation of independent tribunal for a situation in Ukraine. Earlier Borel urged to create independent tribunal that "Russians were responsible for the actions". "The tribunal will be — for those who is really guilty in all that happened.
