As newspaper "Kommersant", Basmanny district court of Moscow sent under house arrest of the former top managers the ruined banks "Baltic" Rogovets Galina and Klepikov Oleg, the accountant of this credit organization Zarubina Lyubov, and also the businessman Pavlichev Youri. All of them are accused of plunder from banks about 900 million rubles shortly before a license response at it.
