HS: Finland arrested assets of brothers Rotenbergov and the co-founder LLC "YANDEKS" Arkady Volozh

The authorities Finland in August and at the beginning of September arrested assets of the Russian businessmen — Boris's brothers and Arkady Volozh Rotenbergov, and also Arkady Volozh concerning whom sanctions were entered earlier. The newspaper of the country of Helsingin sanomat reports about it. Arrest is meant as impossibility to sell property without the permission bailiffs or transfers to pledge. According to the edition, the Finnish authorities also arrested assets of LLC "YANDEKS", one of which founders are Arkady Volozh (the businessman left all posts in companies after it was entered in the sanctions list).
