Businessmen who did not replace in time the sign not corresponding to a design code, are exempted from a penalty, - reported in City administration of Pskov. But it does not mean that the sign can be not changed now, it after all should be brought into accord with a city design code. Simply earlier the scheme worked so: prevention, penalty, compulsory dismantle.
