VS directed on new consideration case of revocation of license of the Krasnodar LLC "YUMK BANK"

September 15. information agency "Interfaks" - Supreme Court of the Russian Federation cancelled decisions of the courts of the subordinate instances which have recognized as illegal orders of Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) about revocation of license and introduction of temporary administration concerning LLC "YUMK BANK" (LLC "YUMK BANK", Krasnodar). According to a card file of the arbitration affairs, the relevant decision was made by the VS judicial board Russian Federation on September 14 by results of consideration of cassation complaints (representations) in VS Russian Federation.
