The commission on local government of the Novosibirsk City Council on Wednesday supported the initiative of "United Russia" Party (ER) and recommended to colleagues to offer State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to expand the list of bases for the early termination of powers of municipal deputies. According to United Russia party members, it is possible to take away the mandate if it is more than a year outside Russian Federation from the people's deputy.
