In Prosecutor's office of the Kastornoe district of the Kursk region the 19-year-old local resident having the status of the person from among orphan children and children without parental support addressed. It is established that in 2005 mother of the 3-year-old girl died. Same year the father of the child was deprived of the parental rights, over the girl established guardianship.
