VK declared closing of the transaction with LLC "YANDEKS" on an exchange of "Zen", "News" and LLC "DELIVERY CLUB" Holding VK closed the transaction on an exchange of services with LLC "YANDEKS". About it reported in the press service of companies. Thus the Zen and News platforms pass to VK, and LLC "YANDEKS" receives 100% of a share in service LLC "DELIVERY CLUB".
