Ilsur Metshin about elections: "For us it is an occasion once again to synchronize watches"

The mayor Kazan Ilsur Metshin declared that inhabitants of the capital Republic of Tatarstan were very active on a yesterday's by-election in State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to him, for vote they came to sites with the questions and suggestions for improvement of a standard of living. "Any elections are a reason for us to synchronize watches. (…) .
