Transport prosecutor's office of Ivanovo carries out an inspection of observance of safety at operation of the extralight aircraft in connection with rigid landing of a motor-paraplane in Kineshma Ivanovo Region on September 10, 2022 around 20:55. According to preliminary data, the pilot did not cope with management. As a result of incident the man died on the spot.
