OMV AG did not find violations in work of the former pro-Russian head Rayner Zele

Moscow. September 7. information agency "Interfaks" - the Austrian petrochemical OMV AG AG made internal investigation concerning the former head of companies Rayner Zele, is reported in its release. One of episodes concerns modification of contract on delivery gas with PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GAZPROM". Investigation showed that in this case Rayner Zele worked within the powers. In release the investigated episode is not specified, however was officially reported that in 2018 LLC "Gazprom Export" and OMV AG Gas Marketing %26 Trading GmbH prolonged contract for delivery the Russian natural gas to Austria from 2028 to 2040...
