Prosecutor's office Svetly district Orenburg region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation in the health care sphere. According to the Federal law of 18.06.2001 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 18 June 2001 No. 77-FZ "On Prevention of Dissemination of Tuberculosis in the Russian Federation" the citizens having diseases, constituting danger to people around, are obliged to pass medical examination and treatment, and also to be engaged in prevention of these diseases.
