To Montenegro want to cancel the VAT for purchase solar panels

Montenegro can follow the example Croatia and cancel tax on a value added (VAT) for solar panels as the governments in the region realize importance of solar power stations on roofs of houses and companies as a measure for the solution of an energy crisis more and more.
