Library in Kolomna becomes the first center of development competences of the creative industries

To changes which the last some years occur in the Russian library community, we already got used. Updating of interiors, innovation in zoning and new approach to filling not only spaces, but also the essence of that place which was considered conservative and silent – all this gave the second life to libraries. They returned themselves role of the center of gravity of interests of many people.
