"Transport technologies" submitted claim to structure "Metalloinvest"

Moscow, 31 Aug — the PRIME. Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow registered claim companies "Transport technologies", demanding to collect more than 585 million rubles from Metalloinvest Trading AG, the Swiss structure of Kompaniya "Metalloinvest", delivering production for export. As appears from information in a card file of arbitration affairs, claim arrived in court on August 25. To production it at present is not accepted.
