Prosecutor's office Krasnoselkup district Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous area carried out an inspection about violation of the rights of minors on obtaining the alimony. It is established that at the local resident debt on payment of the alimony on the maintenance of 2 minor daughters of more than 700 thousand rubles was formed. Thus the 36-year-old woman, being brought to administrative responsibility according to Art. 5.35.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (failure to pay funds for the maintenance of children), without any good reasons, the duty assigned to it did not fulfill.
