In Nesebar in the southeast Bulgaria the local police detained the native of the former USSR on suspicion in malicious hooliganism and threats to representatives of law enforcement agencies. The Sofia newspaper "Telegraph" reports on August 24 about it. It is specified that received in Bulgaria the status of the refugee was indignant with "low-quality service" in one of local banks.
