Swindlers will write down in base

Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) suggests to return to clients money, stolen by swindlers but only if it occurred because of a carelessness banks. The regulator conducts database suspicious accounts. And if bank passes the translation on requisites from this system, it should return the stolen sum. Such mechanism will discuss in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, told in Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) to Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti".
