The vice-president Paraguay decided not to retire

The vice-president Paraguay Ugo Adalberto Velaskes Moreno decided that will not retire , yet will not receive detailed information on charges against it from outside United States of America. The official told about it in Monumental radio station interview. Earlier he promised that will soon leave the post.
