The inhabitant of Grozny is condemned to imprisonment for murder

The assistant prosecutor of the Baysangurovsky region of Grozny Gaytaev Kair held the state charge on criminal case concerning Kazbek X. accused of commission of the crimes provided p.1 by Art. 105 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (murder) and p.1 by Art. 222 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (illegal acquisition, storage and carrying the weapon and ammunition). In court it is established that in August, 2020 on the suburb of Grozny Kazbek X. during quarrel with Ibragimov A.A. because of personal aversions, deliberately struck the last blow with a knife and shot not less than 2 times from the gun therefore there came death of the victim...
