The historian called two solutions of the Ukrainian crisis

The American historian, the philosopher and the linguist Abraham Noam Khomsky sees two ways of resolution of crisis in Ukraine: diplomatic and not diplomatic. "Not diplomatic means to continue escalation with all losses and victims.
