On August 14 the International day of Rules of traffic is celebrated. History traffic regulations originates in Ancient Rome when in the fifties B.C. Guy Tsezar Yuly, the Roman politician and the commander, entered one-way traffic on several city streets. Much later, in 1865, Parliament of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland adopted the first law regulating traffic.
