At the beginning of August in the capital of Cambodia Phnom Penh passed the summit of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of ASEAN). For participation in the summit to Phnom Penh there arrived heads of foreign policy departments of three most powerful world powers: Ministers of Foreign Affairs Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, China — Van I, and also the Secretary of State of United States of America Anthony John Blinken.
