Leading international brands of clothes and footwear were involved in ecological scandal. Among them - Nike, Reebok, Diesel and Clarks. Companies answered charges. For December 2021 and January, 2022 journalists of the Unearthed edition found waste of world brands in several furnaces located in the southeast province of Cambodia. It became clear that workers used bags with Nike, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Reebok, Next, Diesel and Clarks clothes as fuel for furnaces. It subjected employees to influence of a toxic smoke.
