Members of SPCh and academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences asked Vladimir Putin to affect Donetsk People's Republic in a question of the death penalty

Today, on August 10, members of Council at President of the Russian Federation on development of civil association and to human rights and a number of scientists — academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences addressed to President of the Russian Federation to Vladimir Putin with a request "to refuse the death penalty in Donetsk People's Republic". About it newspaper "Kommersant" was told by the member of SPCh Eve Merkacheva. The copy of the letter sent to the president, is available on hand newspaper "Kommersant". "We ask you about mercy.
