Within supervision of observance of the federal legislation on subsurface use Prosecutor's office Terbuny district Lipetsk region established that MUNICIPAL UNITARY ENTERPRISE "TERBUNSKY WATER SERVICES COMPANY", one of main types activity which are a fence, cleaning and distribution of water, operates 100 artesian wells. Thus on 42 wells the municipal enterprise had no license for a right of use of a subsoil.
