Prosecutor's office Pestovo district Novgorod region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation when using means of a maternity capital. It is established that in March, 2020 the local resident used the maternity capital, however notarially certified obligations for allocation of shares in the house acquired by it and to registration them in property of two children did not execute. On this fact prosecutor's office sent to court the statement of claim about a duty of mother to make actions on right registration in common ownership of children on premises.
