Pawel Mikhaylovich Fedyaev: The bill of permissions to pass across Sevmorputi will consider in autumn session

In autumn session of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation it is planned to consider the bill which will oblige to request permission to pass through internal sea waters in the water area to the Northern Sea Route (NSR) not later than 90 days.
