Prosecutor's office directed to area to court criminal case concerning the police officer accused of receiving bribes at reception of examinations on the right of managements by vehicles

Prosecutor's office Sakhalin region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the former state inspector traffic safety examination office of MREO of traffic polices by Department of Ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation on Sakhalin region. He is accused of commission of 13 crimes connected with receiving bribes, namely on two episodes of small bribery (p.1 by Art. 291.2 of the criminal code of Russian Federation) and to eleven episodes of receiving a bribe for commission of illegal actions (h. 3 Art. 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation).
