Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) fixed the list of risks which are obliged to insure pawnshops as earlier many pawnshops observed the requirement of the law about insurance formally. Besides, Central Bank limited franchize for them in insurance (the part which is not compensated by insurer) at the level of 0,1%. Such approach has to reduce the risks interfaced to storage of pledges. However difficulties with registration of an insurance can arise at not network players of whom in numerical expression it is the share market more than a half.
